Due to the tactile nature of our products we do not except returns but we do offer refunds and exchanges if product is damaged or lost. We also encourage our customers to recycle damaged products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Take a picture of the damaged product and send it to email@example.com
Once we’ve received and inspected your Damaged product photo , we will let you know if the Refund/exchange is approved. If approved, you’ll be Asked if require a refund or you would like us to send out a replacement.
If you choose a refund you will recieve refund of your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you choose to receive an exchange/replacement product it will be sent out next day and should be with you within the estimated post timeframe.
